Residential Care
Little Oldway is a Residential Care Home with the M.P.E Category (Mentally/Physically/Elderly). Our historic building and beautiful gardens are located in Paignton, Devon.
We provide care for clients who are elderly, physically disabled and/or those who suffer with mental health problems such as dementia and confusion.
We also offer short term placements and respite care, depending on room availability.

> The Latest Information Regarding Covid 19
In response to the latest national guidelines and updates from the government and Public Health England we are reviewing our visiting restrictions.

The safety and well-being of our clients and care team are our priority. All staff and clients at Little Oldway currently remain Covid-free.

What we are doing to remain safe:

We have ceased all but essential visits.
Anyone entering the building are to wash their hands in the outbuilding and bleach dip their shoes. Temperatures are taken and masks put on.
All clients have their temperatures taken twice a day and oxygen saturations taken daily.
All deliveries are cleaned with antibacterial spray.
No agency use.
Cleaning rotas have increased.
Staff have access to all PPE.
Weekly testing on all staff and clients tested every 28 days
In order for our clients to remain contact with families and friends we are doing regular phone and video calls. A ‘visiting pod’ is in the process of being built.
